"Went in today at 3:45pm to get my half-off venti chestnut praline latte to save for tomorrow morning. Once it cooled down I opened the lid and was sad to see my cup so empty. I’m assuming it, at one point, had some whipped cream in it. However, disappointed in what little amount of drink was in the cup as I was hoping to share it with my husband. For this being a $8+ drink…please fill it up Starbucks"

"I just bought coffee and the girl running the drive(long pony tail hair) thru at 11:15am on 11/26. She had horrible customer service and very rude. I didn't catch her name but she needs some classes on how to talk politely. She even made a smirk with a facial expression when I didn't tip. Very unprofessional"

"Free red cup day. 11/16/23 yay. Well that's how it was supposed to go. We ordered two drinks and one of those cool red cups. We ordered a grande Chestnut praline late and a grande peppermint hot chocolate. Recieved the praline first and it was room temperature. Asked if it should be hot. Well they just took it back and dumped it in the microwave. The hot chocolate came out and was a perfect temperature. After we left we were going to treat ourselves and lick the whip cream and praline off the top. Umm no go Batman See first photo. The cup wasn't full and probably boiled over and disintegrated the whipped cream. Here the sad face emoji would go but that would add too much color to this poorly crafted beverage. Almost forgot to brag about the microwaved drink itself. No not brag just gag. Burnt and one of the bad choices for the day. If you want a sample of this abortion it was deposited in the trash can at Dutch Bros. I gave the peppermint chocolate away so that was a good thing. The Red cup is nice tho."

"I used to work here, so maybe I’m biased, but this is my favourite Starbucks by far. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Once I was having an absolutely awful day and one of the staff members was kind enough that it turned my day completely around and gave me will to live. Always grateful for these curious coffee people."
