"Sometimes they have a person out with the iPad to take orders and move the line faster. Most of the time, that’s not the case. Their drive thru line is the least efficient service ever. I would suggest ordering ahead or going inside for your order. I don’t know what it is about their drive thru that sucks. It’s enough to make you want to go right across the street to Dutch Bros where you’ll get quick service and a better coffee anyway."

"Horrible customer service, if I could give a zero I would. Normally I love going here , and always leave tips because of the service but today the girl running the register had a bad attitude.
