"I have no idea why they changed their menu. How in the world can you call a round hard ball a flipping bagel? It’s doesn’t have a hole and isn’t even the shape of a bagel. The texture was so hard you couldn’t even take a bite. My son tried to feed it to the dogs and they chewed on it like bone. Worse than six day old bread that has sat out the entire time. Coffee has changed as well. Will not come here again. Ever."
"So, I've been coming to this location since they opened on October 13th, and now that their super crew / opening crew is no longer there as of October 21st, the lines for this place are super long and wait times could be 15 - 20 minutes even if there are only four vehicles a head of you, and now the coffee I have ordered doesn't even seem like they are putting in an extra shot that I have Paid for! I am no longer tipping them as well."
"Order a fuel smoothie, my favorite drink 1 st drink was made wrong, Gave them clarifications only to get a 2nd drink that was made wrong. I got a slushy instead, all while they are going back and forth about window time. How about we make sure our customers are getting and paying for what they ordered!. The guy at the window telling me this is how the smoothie is made, ummm no sir I am an avid black rock customer and order the same thing every time NO. It’s not. Not going back to this one again."
"Employees are really nice and friendly. It’s really cool inside, I love the lights, the garage door thing, and just the whole place, it’s really nice inside. I got the caramel blondie it was really good! I recommend that drink if you love caramel, It’s more sweet than coffee-y but I expected that lol, still pretty good :)"
