"Sabrina has to be the rudest manager I have ever encountered at Starbucks. A team member gave me permission to use the ladder to reach items that were never brought to the front by this team. Because of their inability to make items accessible to customers and inability to follow protocol, she thought it would be OK to try and embarrass me by telling me not to do something when I have manners and asked permission first. She needs training, not only to be able to train her own staff, but to develop some tact and professionalism Because I will never be embarrassed in a public area again. She is lucky I did not match her energy."
