"Very busy drive thru but they move the cars pretty fast. Everyone is very pleasant and I've never had an incorrect order."
"this location routinely closes the indoor area, and only leaves the drive thru open, but doesn't update the Starbucks app. So place an order through the app only to find that the indoor pickup is closed. and the drive through line is about 20 to 30 cars deep. Then can't do a refund because it was placed through the app. If they're going to close the indoor area, they should also turn off online puck up orders. Plenty of better locations around anyway."
"It’s pretty pathetic, that you will make drinks over and over again if not what costumer ordered, yet all I ask for is my damn sweet cream on the side because NO ONE makes it the same, which is a problem but apparently it is too hard to just put it on the side so I can make it correct. I don’t ask for extra I don’t ask for anything else. Your lovely manager told me she won’t tolerate it and it’s not her money she’s losing; Wow disrespectful. I’ll be contacting corporate, and never returning to this one."
"The manager Lacey or Macey not sure her name is horrible. I order there almost everyday and my drink is always different. I paid eight dollar for a drink and it was not done correctly when you order almost. Every day you know what your drink is. She is awful and so are most of the employees there she does not ever attempt to make you drink right. Instead of making it correctly she kept saying “we’re just doing our job, we’re just doing our job”.It was an awful experience. Her management skills and position needs to be reassessed, what poor management. I rarely complain. This is the first time, I complain over a drink it’s ridiculous. Drive a bit and go somewhere else."
