Kept telling me he couldn’t hold for me because he’s not at the dealership and he’s not allowed to. I’ll find some other dealership that actually can help for more than 3 minutes."

"I had a dreadful experience with Auto Nation and I strongly caution anyone considering their services, especially if you're not knowledgeable about vehicles. Last year, my Jeep had a high-pressure fuel pump malfunction, which resulted in significant damage to the fuel line. After having my vehicle for nearly two months, Auto Nation finally fixed the issue. However, just a month ago, my Jeep started experiencing another fuel problem. I had my Jeep towed back to Auto Nation and they informed me that the issue wasn't with the fuel line, but rather with the crankshaft sensor. To my dismay, the service tech quoted a hefty price of almost $3000 to fix the problem, which I knew was not the actual issue because I had a mechanic that I trust run a diagnostic on the Jeep before I took it in! In addition to having to pay for multiple tow fees, I reached out to Auto Nation and pleaded my case, hoping for a resolution. To my disappointment, their service manager and technician were both incredibly rude and unhelpful. They insisted that the parts malfunctioning were not covered under warranty, leaving me frustrated and disheartened. Thankfully, I decided to take my chances with Bill Luke Jeep, and it turned out to be the right decision. They not only resolved my problem promptly but also discovered that the faulty parts were, in fact, covered under warranty. I didn't have to pay a single dime out of pocket. My experience with Auto Nation left me feeling deceived and manipulated. They took advantage of my limited knowledge about vehicles, treating me like a complete idiot. It's clear to me that their priority is not honest service, but rather preying on unsuspecting customers. I urge anyone seeking an honest living to steer clear of Auto Nation. They are not trustworthy at all."

"I visited the website of this business to see if they had a truck on their lot that I may be interested in. They did not and i left the site. Since then I have been sent emails and received phone calls from their salesman, Mario to see if he could help me. I replied that I was not interested, and that I never gave them permission to contact me. I also requested that they remove me from their system and not contact anymore. Since then I have received multiple emails from the General Manager, Thomas Schnelle, asking how they can help me get into a vehicle. I have also replied to him several time to leave me alone. He will not stop. With this kind of high pressure from the sales group at this location, you would be crazy to shop there. I will stay away from this place and give my business to anyone else."
