"This is worst and careless honda service centre ever experienced. They least bother of customers and also technicians are not experienced to fix the basic problems either. I suggest everyone to avoid going to service center. They need $$$’s without providing the service and fixing the issues."
"Had Griffin as a service advisor, he was friendly. I went in because my 2019 Civic has had to have the battery replaced 4 times since I purchased the vehicle new in 2019. I suspected there to be a parasitic drain somewhere in the vehicle after discovering this to be a common issue amongst other owners of this generation Civic. They diagnosed the parasitic drain (for $99) and discovered it to be the front passenger door handle assembly which repairing (out of warranty) would cost over $800.. For a door handle. I declined this repair to get a second opinion, and asked if I could just apply the $99 service charge to a new battery and was told I could not and the battery would be $230 additional. Since the issue was not the battery they refused to apply the diagnosis fee to it, which is absurd. This was problem number 1. Problem number 2, I also requested an oil change with tire rotation and fluid top off etc., the works. I got my vehicle back and upon getting home I realized the wiper fluid tank was completely dry, coolant was not topped off, and my tires had not been rotated. This makes me wonder what else was not done to the vehicle. It appears that it's not the first time this has happened based off previous reviews. Final issue was I got a printout of the diagnosis, and that I declined the $800 repair, but did not receive anything indicating tire wear, brake wear, filter replacement concerns or anything in regards to their "world class multi-point inspection", so I don't even know how much life is left on anything. Overall I would avoid going to this service center, they don't really seem to care if things are done correctly. My vehicle was left with them for 2 days and the maintenance was still done incorrectly."
"I want to share my experience/opinion: I went in for service (meaning they knew what kind of vehicle it was) and was given a paper where it was recommended to do a 60,000 mile maintenance package and stated the price..I called and asked what the package included (which included things that needed to be done so I accepted)..followed by scheduling an appointment. My son has many appointments and I use my vehicle for transportation to and from his appointments along with his wheelchair so I checked dates that we wouldn't have appointments and it seemed to work out. When I go in the service advisor says that (what he said over the phone that was included) it's not included in the price (which was included on the paper stating 60,000 maintenance package with the price) for my kind of vehicle. It turns out that it would cost me more that $300 more. They could not respect the price on the paper and only discount $100 off of the extra $349 they wanted to charge aside from the package cost ."
"I would like to preface this by giving credit to Griffin for his great service. This was my first time having Griffin as a service advisor and he was kind, professional, and accurate with his time estimates. I allegedly had an oil change, tire rotation, new brake pads, and rear rotors placed. After paying I noticed that my tires had not been rotated (last visit I had a Goodyear Eagle Sport tire placed on the left rear side- all of my other tires are a different brand, which is how I had the suspicion that they were not rotated). I went back inside, and Griffin confirmed and apologized on behalf of the technician for not rotating my tires. Today's visit made me feel extremely disappointed with the service I received. This is my second vehicle with Honda, and I have had pleasant experiences in the past. I hope this was just an oversight, but I can't help but feel doubtful about Earnhardt Honda's credibility moving forward."
