"This was my first time ever dealing with Big Brand Tire & Service and I’m very happy with the service they provided. Specifically Trevor. I came in to ask for a quote on 4 tires for my Challenger. Trevor asked me what my budget was. I told him about $300 per tire and he was able to find me some really good Goodrich all weather tires with a 65,000 mile warranty in my range. He did not have them in stock but could order them for the next day. We mentioned that we had a California trip the next day and asked what’s the earliest it could be done. We set up the appointment for early. We left and a few minutes later, Trevor called to let us know that he went above and beyond to get those 4 tires delivered right away. 2 different sizes, same brand of tire.
