"A friend had a flat tire on 202 but didn’t have the right equipment to change the tire! Stopped into Brakes Plus for some help and Josie was outstanding! Eager to help, smart, and knowledgeable about how to help! She went above and beyond to help us out, and refused and payment for it! Couldn’t be more appreciative of her generosity and expertise! "Ridiculous, I made an appointment for 11am came by at 10:45am. I mentioned what my situation was and requested a brake check. They immediately took my car in and asked if I was going to wait here. They didn't specify any expectations or anything, my fault I should have asked. After waiting for 20 minutes another customer walks in for the same service. After waiting over an hour for the brake check I got up to ask how much longer it would be. As the gentleman came in he went to help out the customer that came in after me and had all of her analysis done and when I asked about my vehicle and the ETA he had mentioned that they're playing catch up and barely parked my car to begin the inspection. Are you kidding me?? It's been over an hour and 20 minutes and they haven't even began?? On top of that the person that came in after me got hers done before me? What's the point of making an appointment? At this point I'm annoyed because I've been waiting a long time just to find out that they haven't even begun. Some communication would have been very helpful on eta or something but they just took my keys and walked away. I had to ask them to give me my car back, I had no patience left to waste on them. I saw the ratings and expectated good service but was very wrong. Ate up over an hour of my time with no progress, very frustrating."
