"Horrible service!! Scheduling service is next to impossible unless you speak to a supervisor (make sure to get their name). Or else you will start from square one. I have also had issues getting in for recall. I have made several trips to the dealership after being told they have the parts only to be told upon arrival they don't have it, and who did I speak to blah blah blah. Then, when you have to leave your car for service due to their recall, they tell you they can not provide an alternate vehicle, so again, scheduling around a family schedule is next to impossible Go to Peoria Honda, or Bell Honda Its a little further but you will have a much better experience."
