"went for an alaignment, cost me $600 for repairing the steering and alaignment. 10 days later it was pulling the same amount as it used to, but on the opposite side. Called them back and they said a pothole could have done that, they would not re-do it. Why even offer this service if a damn pothole does this? Either that or they are lying..."

"They had absolutely zero interest in helping me and only wanted to sell me a new set of tires. The individual I deal with at the counter, I didn’t catch his name, but absolutely worthless. I’ll take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same. Quick update, couple weeks later I was able to get my truck into another shop who were very helpful and quickly diagnosed a bad carrier bearing which was causing the shake. Couple hundred dollars later and my truck runs smooth as silk."

"They did not know what to do. I actually felt embarrassed for them . Tthey have the machinery but didn't know how to use it I guess . They kept giving me excuses that I needed parts and was unalignable. They even charged me for a reconstruction fee which I've never heard of. Literally sounded made up . I called around and not one mechanic could tell me what the heck that was . Anyways I Took it to another shop and they aligned it with no issues. Yes they recommended things I should get done but we're able to align it fine and at a cheaper rate. Not only did Purcells overcharge me ($275) but I literally had to talk to the manager to give me my money back, which eventually they did. Bad experience with them and a loss of countless hours. What a waste of time and money"

"This is THE place to stop for all your tire and tire related needs. The folks at Purcell are efficient, friendly and made my recent tire issues a relatively painless experience. They diagnosed and made helpful suggestions and got everything working in good time. There's a comfortable waiting room towards the back with some reading material. The shop is right off the road and easy to spot. I randomly chose Purcell as being the closest tire shop when I needed help and it turned out to be a great experience. I'll be back... hopefully not too soon, lol."
