"I accidentally purchased the wrong rear speakers for my Harley limited . I compounded the problem by purchasing, again, the wrong set of speakers. Well, I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Pete, who now only fixed the mess that I created, but did it with the most awesome customer service friendly attitude anyone could ever wish for! Cudos to J&M Corporation for having such an awesome representative! I will continue to do business with and recommend to all my Harley riders, J&M products and will mention Pete as the "go to " person with problems."

"I can’t enough about the amazing customer service I got before, during and after I purchased my speaker and amp combination from JM Rokker. I originally bought the performance series set up with a 200w amp and speakers. I then switched and took my amp and head unit into Pete in the shop, they did the full stage 5 setup, amazing. I sit next to a friend with the six speaker 800w fosgate system and without a doubt I drown his system out with only two speakers.
