"It was free cone day and the place was hoppin'. We got in a long line of customers and moved quickly through to be greeted by smiling faces. The staff was friendly and seemed to be in good spirits considering how crazy busy they were! Customers of all ageswalked away smiling like kids with their first lollipop. We placed our order and quickly received our vanilla cones and a soda. Fabulous, fast and friendly!"

"The small vanilla cone dipped in chocolate is something that I have loved for over 50 years. It was yummy and the staff that helped us was great. We will be back!"

"I'm sorry but seems like everyone is giving these guys a pass for having half a Dairy Queen. DQ has awesome FOOD as well as ice cream but WE don't get it in Sierra Vista. Nope, we get ice cream and better like it whether it's 35⁰ or not. THIS IS WEAK and we get shorted. I wonder how Corporate even OKs this. Great for ice cream but... how stunning is it that an ice cream shop has good ice cream? It's not stunning or even mention able. We want a WHOLE DQ."

"Good customer service, DQ has been owning Ice Cream for eons. Update 08/27/2022 Will at DQ is a reminder that true customer service still exist as well as hope for humanity. My Google pay was acting up since I left cash as well as my card at home. I stated I would just return and pay, he offered to cover my kids order and his words, "don't worry about it, I will pay for it myself so the kids aren't disappointed." In this day and age, people aren't generally that giving and kind. I was completely grateful, however, I made some changes to the app and at worse would have returned after dropping the kids home 2 cover the cost. I said, let's try this 1 more time and it went through. All the same, Will is deserving of the amazing moment. Truly wish there were more kind hearts like his out there. "This DQ has not changed in the last 30+years. Same brick walls. Same sweet treats. I remember riding my bike with my BFF here for ice cream when we were kids. My husband and I stopped here this evening after dinner and it was pleasantly the same! So the I was. Standing in the SV Dairy Queen tearing up remembering all the great times from childhood.
