"We lost all power, AC and DC in the middle of the night. First thing in the morning, John arrived and diagnosed that our 24 volt 4000 watt inverter had died. He got us temporarily fixed up with power. He ordered a new system. The following week he arrived with the equipment and installed it. We switched from an older Magnum inverter that needed 24 volts, to a new Victron 12 volt system. He is fully capable, and very friendly and open. I learned a lot just watching. His installation was timely and tidy. I'm very unlucky to have the breakdown but very lucky to have found JC Mobile RV. I highly recommend John! In hindsight, I would have never trusted a dealership to install my solar and inverter. I would take my new trailer off the lot and straight to John for all of the off-grid boondocking gear."
