Dutch Bros Coffee

"They need to learn their own menu. I dislike how often they get the order wrong and when I correct it, they go “yeah!” and proceed to give me the wrong item(s). For example, last order contained a vanilla protein latte. The guy taking the order outside repeated the entire order but said “salted caramel protein.” I said it was actually a vanilla protein. He said “yeah! Vanilla protein!” Got to the window and the girl repeated the order, saying “salted caramel protein.” I said no, it’s a vanilla protein latte. She said, “oh.. yeah!” Well guess what Latte we got? I’m fine that they sometimes default to iced and don’t ask if I’m ordering hot or iced, so I choose someone’s drink wrong. That’s all on me. However, I hate when I actually try to correct something and seemingly get “yeah!” without any change to the order."

"Good coffee most of the time, the service is good. My only gripe is I've been given M size coffee when I ordered L size, twice. Not sure if it's the personnel taking the order or if the ones making the drink. Either way, extremely disappointed. Probably, don't go there anymore tbh."

"So my significant other has been coming to this location since the first day they opened. She has always ordered the same drink from day 1 and has never changed it up. Over the past almost year, they have been messing up her drink numerous times. Today, when I went through the line, the store manager informed me that if they make the drink wrong, they will no longer be able to remake the drink. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered! I'm sorry that your employees make mistakes and have continued to mess up the drink numerous times. But this does not give the business the right to put the fault on the customer. As someone who has consumed this drink from the day the Sierra Vista location opened, I'm sure the customer knows what their drink should taste and look like. It's funny considering that I was in training to work at this location before a better opportunity landed. They teach you in training customer service, the customer is always right and that they will always make it right for a customer, but then in reality, they don't honor that. Needless to say, Dutch will be losing our business as we don't stand behind a company that wants to treat their customers this way."

"Very good, efficient attendants to take customer orders while in the LONG drive thru line. I had a mocha. I prefer Starbucks, honestly. A LOT. I was just too lazy to drive to a store (Safeway) and get out of my car ( no SB drive thrus in this town.)"
