They went above and beyond to ensure that all of our questions were answered, all of our concerns addressed and they went out of their way to make sure that we were happy customers. We never that thought that we would find a dealership that we could trust to do business with again but they have earned our business going forward and we would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an RV."

"David, Jason, Victor and Mikey provided us with excellent service when our Airstream had battery problems. We had just bought defective batteries from a dealer in Marana which proved to be a hardship for us while traveling. These guys diagnosed the problem quickly, sold us new batteries and checked out things before sending us happily on our way. We paid less for the batteries they installed than the ones from the previous NAPA dealer that never really worked. The service we got was exceptional. They were helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We have been on our trip 3 days since getting the new batteries and service from them and everything is working beautifully. We can’t say enough about this RV center. They are great!"

"We had an electrical issue while traveling in southern Arizona. We had seen Desert RV on the way south so we decided to stop in on return and see if they could help. The manager and lead technician met us within minutes. Sorry, I do not recall any names. All were very professional and pleasant. Fortunately, diagnosis and repair took less than half an hour. Very reasonable charge for repair. We highly recommend Desert RV"

"The staff at Desert RV were great to work with. I found a used Nash I had been looking for at Desert Rv and my salesman Troy was great to deal with. I couldn't come look at it because of distance but Troy did a Face-time walk through with me. After researching their reviews and talking to Troy on the phone I was comfortable making the deal. Before I came to pick it up they found a tear in the awning and replaced it before I got there. They allowed me to stay overnight at the dealership before I headed home. The owner, Jeff, my salesman Troy and all the techs I talked to were very friendly. Overall a great experience."
