"I just have to say what an awesome encounter I had with this company. I ordered four things altogether with my order and when it was delivered I was sadden because an emblem I had ordered for my hubby hadn’t arrived. However, to my surprise there was a hand written note explaining the why the item wasn’t in the box. The manufacturer of the emblem was out of stock and hadn’t put that on the website. But they reassured me in the note they would find out an expected in stock date and be back with me ASAP, I waited a couple days and sent an email to them just inquiring about said emblem and the expected date I possibly could get it delivered. Within an hour Theresa from customer support emailed me back stating she had been in contact with the manufacturer and that they were no longer gonna make the emblems and didn’t have any in stock. Theresa reached out to the manufacturer again on my behalf asking just maybe did one get left behind somewhere. And in a mere 30 mins she emailed me back saying they had found one in the warehouse!!! I was so excited when she wrote me that. Theresa shipped it out that day and I received the perfect truck decal gift for my hubby’s stocking stuffer this year!! I recommend this company just based upon the excellent customer I received and the quality of the products I ordered!!"
