While waiting for a battery to be replaced in a car key, I had the opportunity to observe how other customers were treated by the employees. "Here it is, I tried for the 3rd time to do business with Batteries plus. The first 2 times tempered glass on a I phone, that kept on falling off. After a while, we can not fix it anymore. Tablet, needed new battery. I called up, and it would have taken 4 weeks to order battery. I worked out a deal to buy my own battery, and Battery Plus installs it. Last Saturday, I called about my battery being delivered. I got, can I put you on hold for a minute. Twenty minutes later, I hung up and drove to the store. I got there, you need to leave that tablet with us for (48) hours. I explained that I was promised service with the battery ordered on ebay. I also explained how when I was put no hold for 20 minutes, that the company message, on hold mentions problems with tablet battery, no problem, just bring it on in and we will take care of it. The man had no idea what I mean about message on the phone. Nevertheless, all he had to be nice. The worker, Saturday 1/20/2024, was not sorry, or not making apology for the lack of service, he just became for argumentative. I called today to talk to the manager whom I originally talking to. He seemed to be making excuses, and all I want is a little nice. I had end up going to Fix it down the street, whom fixed it Saturday 1/20/2024. The customer is always wrong at Batteries Plus. Being a teacher did NOT matter, and I can not get things done, or done right, and not get told off; or told I am wrong. There are other places that want my business, and I will just go there instead. Fix it right up the street. Fix it, not wait 48 hours, and not get an ear full of @#$%^&*()_"

"Glad to recommend Batteries Plus. They were the only store in Tucson that had an affordable battery in stock / available for immediate pickup for my 2002 car. I was able to find the battery on their web site, confirm it was available at a store near me, purchase it online, then pick it up first thing in the morning when they opened. Another online store's (Interstate) website was down / unavailable, and several of the parts stores did not have in stock / required I order and wait (day/s) for it to arrive. Costco said they did not carry the battery, and Walmart surprisingly only had some weird high performance battery for $450. Also - the service in this store (Tucson - Wilmot Ave.) was excellent. Highly recommend."
