"I had an appointment at 8 a.m. to get my tires replaced. Prior to the appointment, I receive an email telling me to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrive at 7:45 a.m. I'm the only one in the parking lot. The building is dark. Their hours state 8:00 a.m. I could hear the phone ringing inside of the closed building. What I'm assuming are two employees pull up beside me, who then begin flipping each other off in their cars. Finally, by almost 8:30, someone arrives to open the door. In short, there is no apology for being late, the tires I ordered through their site a week prior are not at the store, they tell me someone should have called me about this, when I received zero calls, and they tell me they don't have any tires to fit my car. No follow-up to this complaint is necessary. I've already taken my car to someone else."
