"Great drinks and friendly staff. Very efficient in the morning, but it seems like only 2-3 people are ever scheduled in the afternoon. Sometimes it can take 20+ minutes to get a drink with very few people in line. I specifically have to leave my house way early if I want a drink on my way to my overnight shift. It’s disappointing. I feel bad for the employees that I always see absolutely busting their butts while drowning in customers in the evening. Hire adequate staffing!"

"Whoever runs this place either needs to higher more people or teach them how to be more efficient. I sat for 40 minutes. One girl working outside, two girls inside. All super sweet and deserve a raise. But probably 20+ cars in the drive thru. Poor management"

"I was there getting my drink (one drink) and the girl taking the orders sat there for 20 minutes talking to a girl. They clearly knew each other but didn’t care to the point where they held up the line for that long. Then she drove up to the window and clearly knew another one of the staff working the window and they were holding hands and playing with a teddy bear and held up the line for ANOTHER 20 minutes. Totally ridiculous and unprofessional. Will not be coming here again and I’m sure other people were very upset as they were waiting for their orders."

"Staff is efficient and friendly while taking orders in the drive through lanes. Staff will let you know which car to be behind to avoid confusion. Staff who handed us our drinks at the window was friendly and had an attitude of gratitude. Our beverages were delicious and exceeded our expectations."
