"2nd time as good as the 1st! First time dined in with friends- everyone’s meals were great, service was excellent! Second time stopped in for a burrito to go and also very good and same service. This restaurant is clean!! Their salsa bar is well stocked with a good variety and also very clean. Been to 5 or 6 other Filiberto’s around AZ and this is the best one so far!! And this locations burritos come with cheese! Thank you!! It’s a great to have a nice place with good food to stop at on our way to climb at Mt Lemmon."
"Food is terrific, and fairly priced. This location is one of their top/ best stores. The layout of the soda machine, condiment buffet, and To Go accessories (e.g., napkins, plastic sandwich bags, and fresh tortilla chips - - - all free, of course) are well-thought out and easy to use. The cashiers are mostly friendly and helpful (but they do not exude highly impactful senses of " welcome home, mi casa es su casa" !) (a bit stilted, one might say). My last visit was surprising in that the cashier brought our food order to the table since we did not hear our order number called. The primary reason we did not hear it called is that the employees always have the ceiling-mounted TVs (2 or 3!) in the dining area dialed-in on Spanish-language only stations/programs and they keep the volume so cranked up (LOUD) that you can't hear yourself converse with one another or hear you order number called. It's been this way on numerous visits/occasions and this TV-nuisance-situation has ALWAYS been the same: A Nuisance. I have kindly asked the cashiers to turn the volume off or down at least 2-3 times and our requests have always fallen on deaf ears. I would rate them a 4 or 5 across the board but for that unfortunate violation of common sense and respect for the customer. Shame on ya'll. Turn the volume to zero or get rid of the devices: they detract from what might otherwise be a fully enjoyable experience. If this is Not rectified by the time I make my next visit; I shall lower my rating further and probably stop spending my money at this establishment. What a shame for all. We and the owner and the employees will all lose!! Ciao"
"Ordered a bean burrito with cheese. $8.33 is crazy for one but especially when your order has maybe $0.10 worth of cheese in it. See pic. I called the store and all they said was sorry and made no offer to make it right Seriously?"
"This place is still a good spot for good food. Sunday night on the way home nothing sounds better than a carne asada!"
"The food I was served here was not cooked completely. The cheese in my cheese enchilada was not melded and my taco shell was not done either."
