"I asked for a straw after getting my food. The blond guy with short hair was apparently having a bad day. He didn’t t say a word to me about the food. I waited for probably three minutes while it sat there. Asking for a straw apparently was too much. He literally threw three straws at me and told me to get out of his drive thru."

"Horrible. Horrible. Horrible . Thats the best I can say about a bunch of kids who cant do math, cant get an order rigt, cant cook, cant make a drink, and cant say please or thank you. This place should be closed down. Absolutely the worst fast food place in America. Its just that bad."

"Last night, my daughter and I ordered at the drive-through around 6:30pm. The person who took the order clearly didn't want to be working and was frustrated. My daughter has food poisoning, has been vomiting, and has diarrhea. The fries were not cooked to the proper safety temperature, as they were clearly undercooked. My sandwich had stale edges and was smashed. All items tasted irregular in comparison to any other time we have eaten McDonald's, including the texture. The kids/people working at this location lack integrity, especially for their job, if they are willing to serve uncooked and stale food. An OSHA violation causing food poisoning. I will not be returning to this location after this sickening experience."

"this is my first time coming to this location at 10795 N Oracle Rd Oro Valley. The experience was very pleasant considering some new ones I've had that other McDonald's recently. and the french fries were amazing.. 0nly one small thing that kept me from giving this location five stars that was that they're running out of CO2 for the but other than that it was a great experience."

"Oro Valley, N Oracle Rd: I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the odds of my very first visit here resulting in a mess means that they probably screw up on a near consistent basis. Interactions were nice. Double 1/4 lb was ok, and fries somewhat hot, but it would've been nice if they removed the paper that separates the frozen patties before cooking. I was able to pull it off and the patties were thoroughly cooked. I'm not super picky but that's a major screw up. My first bite was NOT pleasant. Oh the presentation of the burger was complete s**t. For $13 I'll do BK next time."
