"Extremely disappointed after taking my car to this Valencia/Country Club location in Tucson. Took the car for a breaks repair and drove out with an alternator/battery problem that was just found there??? Very coincidental that my car just decided to show a “bad” battery issue while at the shop. I’m now hoping the breaks will still work as the bill was >$1000. Will advice people to avoid this place as I was just left with an unsatisfying customer service after I reached out to the manager and they didn’t even offer a second inspection. Will Not use their service again. Adding additional information to this review (Dec. 19, 2023) two weeks after… My car still has the spongy break behavior it had when I first decided to take it to this location. So what did they do? Change something that did not need to be changed but still was expensive??? They replaced the break master cylinder, by the way, and did a break system fluid exchange. And yet, this did not fix the issue :/"
