"I have had a great experience working with Ryan and the team at AZ Spring Company! I have a Class C 25ft RV on a Ford E-Series Chassis that was a struggle to steer at high speeds and in wind. Also, the vehicle clearance was so low, that the backend was grounding on what I thought were minor inclines on roads and in campgrounds. Ryan researched some solutions and came up with a recommendation for lifting and stabilizing. He sent me links to information for review before deciding how best to correct the issues. Wow, what a difference this changes made to driving this Class C RV! Just driving around town on these bumpy Tucson roads, I no longer feel like I on a boat surfing waves and trying to steer at the same time; and it has taken the fear out of the driving on the interstates. I will use AZ Spring for all my future suspension related maintenance and needs."

Small claims court possibly, I will see a lawyer about the possibility of suing. I cannot fathom this organization Arizona Spring company knowingly permits this man to operate. "Excellent service all the way around. My motorhome had a rear alignment problem that everyone else had failed to diagnose and repair. These folks solved the problem immediately. They got me in same day that I called and by 8 AM the next morning I received a phone call after full inspection had been done of my axle, alignment and ride height, with proper diagnosis. I was on my way by that afternoon and problem was resolved. Very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Shyanne works the phones and helps with scheduling. She could not have been nicer or easier to work with and got me in right away. Big shout out to her and her help was much appreciated. Ramzy, my technician, was also extremely helpful, professional, and understood my problem right away. I can't tell you how many places I went in Tucson that just blew it before I found this company. If you are in Tucson with suspension and alignment issues, this is the place to go. Even if you're not in Tucson, this is the place to go."

"I recently passed through Tucson on a long cross country road trip, and my (very big) 5th Wheels factory suspension was on its last legs, severely sagging and leaning to one side. They were able to fit me in on a few days short notice to fit the schedule of when I was in town. Talking to Ryan, it was very clear he has a ton of experience and knowledge about a wide range of suspensions and the state of the industry. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the factory leaf springs, indicating that the newer builds have poor quality with thinner leaves then in the past, and he sees issues like this all the time. They were able to upgrade me to heavier rated springs, and were even able to accommodate my request to lift the trailer by an inch to help level out the ride. They did everything in less then a day, so my trip wasn’t delayed at all. They don’t cheap out on parts, they even put in heavy duty bronze bushings on the leaf spring eyelets, which I actually checked myself. That’s something a shop like this could easily use the cheap nylon bushings and most customers would never know (until they fell apart!) Oh, and if you’re driving a big rig and wondering if the shop can handle it, they can. I’ve got a 45’ full height 5th wheel. I wasn’t able to pull it through their work bay myself due to the height of the lip at the end, but they expertly fork-lifted it backwards into position! I’ve included some photos of the work if you’re curious. This was all done a few weeks ago in early December 2022. I’ve now finished up my trip, putting another 1500mi on my trailer, and I can say the work held up with no issues. The ride and handling of the trailer has significantly improved. I highly recommend this place if you’re in need of similar work. If I lived anywhere near Tucson I’d be returning to this shop for any work I need done in the future!"
