"I went in today for a simple schedule oil change, that took 4 hours. I went out to get my hair cut while waiting thinking it would only take an hour. When I got back from my hair cut they had yet to do the oil change and I ended up waiting four hours altogether. By the time I was all done they didn’t reset the oil life in the car dash and the sticker to identify the next oil change was wrong."
