"Would like to reach out to Corp due tonight December 3 2022 Went to Circle in Cortaro Farms rd Marna/ Tucson az . Did my regular purchases at register Jon everything good till my friends and I decide to insert a 20 dollar Bill on Lottery ticket Machine inside store , Machine got the 20 dollars in but we didn’t get tickets call for help Jon comes calls this Manager over the phone and he checks machine to that point he tells me unfortunately I can’t give you back money or tickets I ask for Manager he tells me manager is not at the store and can’t come in I let Jon know that they have cámaras in the bulging he still on the line with Manager I ask for Mangers name and his name Store number and phone number (store number) he provides a paper with store number and Both names y ask for Corp number never get the number Jon walks away me and my friends stay waiting after 10 good minutes he comes back saying I check cámaras and I’m going to give you your money back witch I appreciate from Jon he gives me my money back and tells me Manager Aaron is on the line ( Jon personal phone not stores phone) I speak to him he was Rude and with attitude I just told him Jon was awesome but can’t say the same thing about him explain to Him I work in management to and I agree customer is not always right but at least try to help me out or say come back tomorrow and we can check cámaras something I even got attitude from other customers do they were waitin online due only one cashier open ( Jon cashier ) at the moment . I definitely not coming back to this location. Please Corp train your Employees to be more kind with others . Aaron is the name of Manager did not provide last name . Sincerely Monica Mendez"

"Despite having the equipment needed to refill propane tanks, they apparently don't have any "trained personnel," so the trip there was a waste of time. An employee at a different Circle K who was able to exchange my tank said that "they are just lazy and don't like to go out there.""

"Store clerk is very rude and racist. My wife is white and she did not get questioned for Her ID to purchase a lottery ticket, I’m a 50 year old black man and was questioned for my id to cash one of my lottery ticket. I’ve never been Id for lottery tickets. I’ve been too this store once before no problem but that clerk needs diversity training or be fired."

"Since the remodel, I love coming here even more! Its big, clean, and offers more variety. Definitely in competition with its neighbor. Circle K cookies are amazingly soft and delicious and they have free samples most days."
