"One of my biggest pet peeves in the world is the ridiculous pushy car salesman. My son and I went to 5 different dealerships today and were bombarded every time. 3 out of the 5 dealership's didn't even wait to get out of the truck before they were at my driver's door. When we got to precision Toyota, I was absolutely thrilled to finally have someone with common decency by just saying good morning. My name is Jose. Please let me know if you need anything. It was such a relief not to have some pushy salesman making it uncomfortable and following you around. So, I just want to say thank you, Jose, for being one of the good ones."

"We had 30-min service on our truck but spent over 4-hours waiting. Adding gas to our vehicle did not help the long long wait! 12.15.23 Thank you for your calls and current response. We made an appointment the morning of our service. We were not a walk-on. Arriving, the young women checked us in and we began our wait. After 60-mins we were asked if we wanted an alignment, declining due to new tires having been recently purchased. With added offers for service we thought our minor 45K service was done but continued to wait. Offered a Lyft but declined, after a 3+ hour wait. We have purchased 2-vehicles and our loyalty was to Precision Toyota not another dealership, in Tucson. We've received excellent service in Colorado but Precision has been our choice in Tucson. Not sure I will return."

"I paid very good money to get my car fixed there and you ordered a Lyft for me. You never told me that you don't tip the drivers and I wasn't aware they got paid .40 cents per mile ... WTH you want us to pay your company way out of the world prices and your employees are paid decent I hope but you are okay with using basically slave labor from the third party contractor Lyft really why is it to much to run your own people or will they not work for pennies ... I will never take my car there again you embareses me how can you take advantage of other people especially people of color"

"Awesome service! Lisa at the parts department was very helpful. I called ahead to check if the JBL front dash speaker I needed was in stock. She confirmed it was available and also the right fit for my SUV. Lisa took my name and had it waiting for me when we arrived. In and out. We installed the new part in the parking lot in 2 minutes. "As soon as I walked out of the car a salesman approach me. He was super nice and very friendly. He was not pushy and I explained I was here to pick up a part. It's a pretty big location so he walked me right over to where the pick up desk was. I was extremely impressed that although the salesmen knew I wasn't buying he still provided top notch service. Upon arriving at the counter they found my order within seconds and had it out to me! Great job. I was able to save over $700 buy ordering the part at this Toyota vrs a Canadian dealer. Not sure why but that's a big win in my books."
