"Honestly I never thought I’d give any McDonald’s a good review but here I am! We live in Avondale but went up to Wickenburg for a day trip and the food here was great! It was so clean, staff was in point and friendly; I truly was surprised as was my husband. Wish all McDonald’s were like this one!"

"I recently visited McDonald's, and while the food was okay for fast food, the recurring issue here is the service. It's a stark contrast to places like Culver's, where the service is exceptional. Unfortunately, every time I walk into a McDonald's, the staff taking orders appear disinterested, which translates into rudeness towards customers. McDonald's should definitely take a page out of Culver's book when it comes to service quality. There's room for improvement, and I hope McDonald's can do better in the future."

"Personally this location needs new staff at the drive thru. We had a miserable (taller) person says (KS }13) handing over the food part in 2 nd window I asked for salt and pepper with FOUR egg sandwiches she handed us ONE small packet - SERIOUSLY !!! Then her face was miserable when I asked her if she’d take a cup back she pointed to the trash can with look of disgust and said throw it out there. When people are traveling 4 hours in car they look for happy people not miserable “hate my job@ type people"

"Very clean. Restrooms gets a 10 out of 10. Food fast and they got everything right. Kudos to this team. Nice out door area to sit as well."

"First time eating at McDonald’s in years. Also first time having a Big Mac in my life. Overall a very average experience. All ordering is done yourself on a screen, only one screen was open out of 4 so you could feel the pressure from other guests to put in your order. The prices have gone up so much you’re better off getting a burger at any burger place. The Big Mac had a uniform taste and texture throughout. It’s just patty, shredded lettuce and Mac sauce. Pretty slippery and lacking depth. Overall the convenience, speed and relative cheaper cost makes up for the lack of quality."
