"3 times I have ordered and 3 times I received the wrong pizza. Ordered meat lovers pan with extra cheese. I got pan cheese only pizza, then a meat lovers but with original crust and this last time a pan supreme. I live 30 miles away. I’ve tried to call to make a complaint but no one ever answers. I want my money back."

However no apology is needed you ladies work hard enough already to have to feel apologetic for the wait of your accomplishing abilities to feed everyone dinner... "1 star for how to order. Can not understand person trying to take order. Finally get someone after calling back understand but they kept telling me be patient while they find what they need to. Should not take forever to try and order pizza. Hung up called back 3rd time got a hold of worker finally took my order. Give that employee a raise FIRE THE CALL CENTER. PUT ITBACK IN STORE."

"I just wanted to say Thank-u to the young woman behind the counter! She greeted me with a smile and was happy to help me figure out my order. While I was waiting, her co worker left…guessing his shift was over….. leaving only her to answer the phone, help the 3 customers that came in behind me and preparing all the orders herself…plus on line orders. Pizza Hut I hope you appreciate her…. She’s doing a great job and with a good attitude."
