"The food was good, was made fresh, and the line cooks were kind and made sure that we got our order quickly, accurately, and with a great attitude. The cashier/eat in area cleaner was complete garbage. The lackluster look on his face was about as terrible as his ponytail was, but nothing was worse than his hygiene, attitude, and passive aggressive actions towards the customers. When he slammed three garbage receptacles near a family dining in and then came to the register just to throw my receipt in my hand, I literally lost my appetite. I probably would say try it out as long as he isn’t there but until they fire him I wouldn’t recommend it. 1/5"

"The problem is I told the girl at the front to have them put extra barbecue sauce on it. I was so disappointed after we drove off because an hour later when we got home I was looking forward to eating it and there was no barbecue sauce on it at all. The opposite of what I ask for. The fish sandwich was good but it too had only a couple drops of tartar sauce on it. The curly fries however were really good."

"HORRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE AT ARBYS BECAUSE OF THIS EMPLOYEE! We went through the drive thru and it was really quick to order. When we approached the window to pay, we kindly asked the employee for his name and he asked what we needed his name for. We told him we’d love to leave a review and he told us no, closed the window and irritably shook his head. I’m not sure what the problem was. We had an amazing travel day today and wanted to spread positivity. After he got irritated with us for asking for his name, he started handling our food where we could not see him. We felt incredibly uncomfortable at this point and my husband decided to go into the store to speak with a supervisor since we paid for our food already and did not have any idea what this employee did to it. It ended up being that this person IS the manager. He seriously needs talked to about his attitude by upper management. I understand everyone has their bad days but his behavior was a bad example for his employees and I probably won’t go back to an Arby’s again."

"The food was really good but they messed up my order 3 times and when they had my order correct they only gave me one of my sandwiches and the cashier got mad and become very rude towards us. Stood in line for ten minutes and was stared at. No one took my order for another fifteen minutes. The cashier has been giving dirty looks since we walked in, never met him before. There was another customer ahead of us and she asked how long their food was going to be and he replied in a very angry tone"

"This has to be one of the busiest Arby’s ever. That being said the workers have always been so nice while working their tails off. The manager is great at keeping things moving with just a few staff members. Be kind and patient these guys work hard and are hustling behind the counter."
