"They would have gotten five stars, but I feel employees should know where a certain product is. I was sent to a wrong aisle and had to find the part myself. Their sales are fantastic and I always use their coupons I ended up getting a $17.99 product for under $12. I do recommend."

"I’m a mechanic, so I go to harbor freight about once a week. Today was a BAD EXPERIENCE. Not sure where the normal red head manager is but this new chick ain’t working out. I walked in the store went to 2 sections. Soldering. No Leaded soldered. Awesome. Then I went to electrical. I spent about 7 mins picking out heat shrink from the 5 assortments they sell. I brought my items to the front and asked if they sell single electrical tape. Yep but not in Electrical dept lol. At the back of the store with normal tape. Here’s where my typical lackluster experience turned 1 star review. The manager follows me through the store pretending not to, all the way to get a 1.50 roll of electrical tape. Then they ran my 20 dollar bill against the pen test for a 15 dollar purchase.. BUT she didn’t forget to harass me for my email address. the phone number that gave her my name and decades of purchase history weren’t in the memo. No I’m good for the 100th time. they do send me emails tho so literally harassing me when I already receive them. Harbor freight isn’t that cheap anymore, the specials suck now. Lowe’s sells craftsman. 2 blocks away. Autozone rents and sells OEM. Oreilly is another option. I don’t purchase new husky tools anymore because of the woke parent company. Make Pittsburg next."

"Bought a $290 sewer auger, it was used and damaged and put back in box on display. Tried to return it and smart manager told me I couldn’t return it because it was used. FYI check your merchandise before you leave store, they are selling used damaged goods."

"Great store! Clean, well organized. The employees are super helpful & knowledgeable. This store has a little bit of everything. I buy a lot of my gardening tools and supplies here, my husband has a workshop full of tools. Great products, they do the job at a fraction of the cost & if you use them properly and what the tool was designed for, they last a very long time. Ordering online and picking up in the store is super easy too!"
