Peg's Glorified Ham and Eggs - Sunset

"I was disappointed with my dish. I might return to try a more traditional dish. Unfortunately, this time around I chose to try the enchilada omelette and there was nothing enchilada about it. I found the entire thing bad. It was basically an omelette with chicken and store bought salsa. Also the pairing of Pico De Gallo did not pair well in my opinion. Just my suggestion if they want to make it an actual enchilada omelette I would use real tortillas instead of tortilla chips to possibly wrap the omelette in and use enchilada sauce versus your store bought tostito style salsa."

"Super breakfast recently at “Peg’s” Sunset Road location. Nice atmosphere, attentive staff, food prepared as-ordered and hot out of the kitchen. Ordered ‘Enchilada omelet’ which included ranchero sauce and guacamole. Also ordered a side of fruit (skipped the tortilla strips). Also, ordered two eggs, ‘over medium’ with bacon and sourdough toast. Fruit ‘side’ was fresh, with good assortment. Coffee was hot and refills were ‘delivered as needed.’ Solid performance - great food, good service, pleasant atmosphere. “We’ll be back!”"
