"It was our first time here and it was better than we expected! They ONLY use fresh ingredients and also they bake their bread and cookies on the spot all day long!!! Which makes it extremely rare these days for the restaurant to make it everything from the scratch and everything is fresh- nothing frozen EVER!!! They use local ingredients and make healthy delicious sandwiches, bowls and farm fresh salads. They have a great selection of hearty meals , including vegetarian options too. The side salads served with those sandwiches are pretty decent as well. The real treat are their cookies ( available in several different flavors - my suggestion “ white chocolate cranberry “ MUST TRY ) and of course baked fresh daily and served warm and so soft and delicious! Honestly the best cookie that I’ve ever had! They also have a healthier version of fountain drinks “ CRAFT BATCH SODAS “ and they are even tastier than regular Coke or Pepsi products. The staff is awesome, very friendly and kind, providing excellent service always with a smile. The restaurant is very nice and clean, extremely inviting. Overall we had a delightful experience ! Great healthy food, wonderful staff and welcoming atmosphere!"

"This is a cool restaurant we never knew about this place and we have been to restaurants around this area. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to sit down and enjoy the full experience but I ordered a So Cal sandwich: roasted chicken, avocado, pepper jack cheese, green leaf lettuce, tomatillo salsa, chipotle aioli. I give it a 7.5 out of 10 (In my Keith voice). I felt like it was missing a spicy sauce or something to go from good to delicious. My wife had the Pesto & Sundried Tomato sandwich: roasted chicken, basil pesto, sundried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, arugula, vegenaise. All sandwiches are served with a Urbane House Salad and balsamic vinaigrette dressing. I saw on their site they have bunch of locations in Cali. The staff at the front was very helpful. Managment if you're reading this, we hope you open more locations around Vegas."

"Their food was fresh and even though all I ordered was a kids grilled cheese definitely good enough for an adult. Because I went there to study I ended up getting some soup too because it was something cozy to have. They did not seem to mind me being there for 5 hours. Nicole was so gracious and such a lovely person. She checked in with me to make sure I didn’t need anything and ended up sending me home with some cookies. (I hope I don’t get her in trouble by saying that) The whole staff was very diligent and tried their best to keep everyone happy. I will definitely be back to study again because everyone was so pleasant. They made me feel like a person, not just another customer. That is the service everyone should strive for. Edit: Came back with my husband and got a tofu sandwich and ahi bowl and it was fantastic and still excellent service."

"Fast casual sandwiches, salads, and bowls. Urbane Cafe has streamlined the experience with the ability to order from touch screen, counter, or your table. Sandwiches are flavorful, the bread could be toasted a little longer but overall a great variety to choose from. Mini chocolate chip cookies brought by the table was a nice gesture. Soda machine has great sodas and the tea was great as well. Wonderful experience overall."

"5 stars. The workers were very professional and friendly. I was there with my partner at the end of the night and they gave us free cookies. I also had the Mediterranean Bowl and added roasted tofu! It comes with a delicious piece of focaccia bread! I drank this with their Dragonfruit tea. So wonderful having more nutritious, vegetarian friendly restaurants in Henderson. My meal was delicious! My partner had the salmon bowl and liked it, but felt there was too much aioli (if you’re someone who doesn’t love creamy sauces like him, I’d recommend getting the sauce on the side). We had a good experience overall and will def be back."
