"Every time I order delivery from this location the drivers always forget your sides (drinks, sauces, etc.) I think it would be well advised that management gives the drivers all a refresher on remembering to check their receipts and grab all sides before leaving the store. It only takes an extra minute or two and you would have a lot less unsatisfied customers."

"I went in to pick up and have to say I feel so bad for the workers working under that manager!! The manager refused to take an order for an older lady so the delivery driver did it. She had such an attitude towards her. Was complaining she was 20 orders behind and had no help. While everyone was just working with three cooks on the line and she was cutting. Our order was even fully cut but everything else was cooked right. The manager needs to be replaced other than that I'm glad we have one closer."

"Dude... I don't even know what the heck is up with online ordering right now. I'm so damn aggravated with just trying to place an order. The pop up coupon for the emergency pizza wouldn't get off the screen, I had to constantly refresh the page, I couldn't click on links to use points for free items, refresh the page again, I couldn't click on my cart to just place the order for one damn pizza, refresh the page... 25 minutes later... hooray... one BBQ pizza ordered, I gave up on trying to add breadsticks or dessert"

"First time they brought us the wrong order. It was somebody else's order. Second time they forgot something. They said they would bring it and they never did. We called, and the guy said he left it in our "flower bed" we told them we don't have a flower bed. So we didn't get that either. Third time we waited for our order, so we call and they said the driver went home. We ask can someone else bring it? And after waiting several minutes they finally get back on the phone and said somebody will deliver it but they want a tip. Bad customer service! No business skills! Won't be ordering from this location anymore."

"Was excited to have a new one closer to me. I ordered online picked up took it home (my fault for not looking) but they gave me one wrong pizza I called she said next time to give her my number and they will replace it. I called today asked for the replacement and ordered another with it. I checked it at pick up this time but I get it home and that replacement pizza was almost raw it's very doughy. Figured I'd write a review no point in calling because I would rather just go back to the other location here on out. What a shame to have a new location and it already sucks."
