"I get breadsticks for my mom, and they are always fresh, soft yet crispy, and flavorful. The first time, they forgot the extra sauce, but this time, the guy remembered and made sure we had the extra sauce we ordered. The customer service was great"

"Ordered the new hot honey pizza, paid 13$. When i get home i open the box and see a regular pepporoni... a regular medium pepporoni cost 7$ with the 2 or more deal... i paid double for hot honey drizzle and didnt even get the drizzle... lame af, this why i dont do pizza hut. i shouldnt have to quality control my food before leaving."

"Sigh. Pizza hut was one of my favorite places to go a handful of years ago. Now you can't even find one to dine-in. I was pretty excited when I saw you could with this location. I was then immediately disappointed when going inside. The dining area is depressing. Doesn't have the vibe of the pizza hut of the past. You had to order your food at the counter, you receive paper plates, plastic silverware, plastic cups. No fountain drinks, have to pay for parm cheese now. The pizza doesn't come out in a cast iron pan. Have to pay for extra sauce and it was cold. Just very sad to see what this chain has become."

"Convenient place to get some pizza. Better pricing than the pizza that is in the nearby casino but your opinion on taste and preference can make a difference. They usually make my pizza fast and good. It’s what you can expect from a Pizza Hut. Update: dropped to 3 stars because the lady at the counter asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. I dunno, I don’t feel walking 5 feet to get a pizza out of the drawer entitles 20% and no other competing pizza place asks for a tip. Here’s a tip: go buy pizza somewhere else."
