"Sad experience at this location, Had Alexa tell me she would call to check availability on some batteries and said she'd call me back. (They are street sweeper batteries and I needed 3, it was a bigger sale at least 800.00 dollars). I waited over 4 hours and I tried calling them twice and both times Alexa dodged to help me out... I was able to call the Vegas batteries plus and they gave me the pricing and availabilities I needed on the same phone call and it was done no long than 5 minutes. I'm still currently waiting for Alexa to call me back... Poor customer service."

"Thank you Duncan and Batteries Plus! All of a sudden I'm unable to start my car, and I had somebody at the hospital waiting to get picked up. I coasted into a parking lot of Battery Plus. I had a loose negative terminal and Duncan was extremely helpful and jump-started me with this awesome jumper that they sell in the store and I was able to buy a terminal that fit the battery properly.
