"I’m a Costa Vida girl and I look forward to when I come to Utah to get my costa. Especially the horchata. Welp, today I was disappointed. The horchata was so watered down it didn’t event taste right. It seems like they were trying to spread it thin. My burrito was fine. But if the standards are slipping it’s a bummer, they had good food."

"I don't like to give bad reviews but the food I ordered was so disappointing that I had to share with others. I went thru the drive thru in the St. George location near the River road location. I ordered the beef barbacoa burrito and the beef barbacoa salad for a friend. The burrito had so much beef inside as if they were trying to get rid of it. It had long stringy beef pieces that were tough in texture. I divided my burrito in half and had to take mounds of beef out. It filled a huge Tupperware at home. It tasted disgusting. The salad was excessive amounts of the same beef and hardly and lettuce or anything else..again like they were purposely trying to get rid of their beef by shoveling way too much in the salad. Tasted horrible. Sorry this was not acceptable and done sloppy. I can't recommend this beef. Not good, tasted very tough and no flavor. I don't recommend ordering anything with the beef barbacoa. If you go, get chicken or something else. Beef was not good."

"Sophie & Mara made the best sweet pork enchiladas and chicken salad. The portion sizes are medium to large.The service was outstanding.From the young man-Ben (I think) who checked us out, to everyone who made contact with us.They are always friendly and welcoming. The food is always so so fresh!"

"Seriously disappointed. This will be my first bad review I have ever made. So frustrating that I can’t get two words out of my mouth without the cashier saying “anything else”. All the meanwhile not even properly taking my order because when I got my food it wasn’t remotely what I ordered. Wrong sauce, asked for no lettuce and pico still got it, soda was FOUL. Pure syrup, not carbonated. Asked for extra salad toppings, didn’t get it. For $30 dollars for a soda small salad and burrito, it should not be difficult to provide that as per customer request. What’s even more frustrating is I tried calling to speak to a manager multiple times and got no answer. Was told the line was too busy to take my call and that the mailbox was full and so I couldn’t leave a voicemail therefore the line hung itself up. I eat here consistently. But this experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. Literally and figuratively."
