"When I arrived, there was one truck in a different bay. No one else. My truck was taken in right away. I waited over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. At one point, around 10AM, it appeared that ALL employees were on break together. 2 vehicles in bays, and no one working. I've had great service in the past, but not sure I'll be back."

"Ally absolutely nailed the customer service, and Juan did spectacular at finding the parts I needed for the right price! Mike was the tech and found issues that even the shop that was in network for my insurance couldn't! He even sent me pictures of the problem, I have never had a tech be so transparent with me. The owner Bill even took me rode with me home so that I could take the rental I had back the next day! The professionalism that the team utilized has made me decide that I will be using them continuously when it comes to mechanical work for my Mustang. If I could leave six stars I would!"

"Grease Monkey will Lie to your face and over charge you ! Cause you a great deal of stress and then tell you “ oh sorry about that” when you’re paying the big bill. Was told my battery was totally fine , even after questioning the gentleman that tested it. After he showed me the slip that said charge and test again. Was simply told to go home and call if anything else happens. Oh and did it ! Car wouldn’t start the next day , they were sweet enough to send someone out with no tools to “check it out” and ends up , you’ll guess it , it’s my battery ! Since he had nothing on him I’m stuck another day waiting to get see if they can help. Call them again Wednesday and have a “lovely” conversation about how I need to get it towed to the shop, after throwing a fit that the only reason it’s stuck at home is because they turned me away , was then told someone “could” come out and switch my battery but if it’s not the battery it’s going to be $150+ per hour to figure out what could be wrong. He spends 15 minutes Tops putting in a new battery and my car is just fine. Since I had to work while they were doing this , I receive a text stating that will be $260 dollars. Absolutely shocked at the price I have to ask if I can wait to pay until payday. They were sweet enough to say yes. After talking with friends and family I’m told of 3 shops in town that I could have changed my battery for SO MUCH cheaper! If the gentleman on Monday hadn’t lied I could have even easily bought and installed it myself, how sad is that ?! Grease Monkey just wants your money , they don’t actually care."

"I stopped in for an oil change & tire rotation, I also wanted to see if they could diagnose why my check engine light had come on for 3 days and then turned off. There was no code that came up saying that my light had even been on. They then checked my battery power and I found out that my battery was only working at 38%, so I bought a new battery as well. They helped me out with pertinent information and great service and I was out of there in under an hour! I highly recommend coming here!"
