"I know that butchers are slammed and many out past a year. However there is no excuse for the harsh treatment from these people. Yelling at the customer and hanging up isn’t acceptable. Especially when the customer is kind. Don’t go here if you care about the cuts of meat you get. We asked for as many steaks as we could get out of entire cow, we got 90 percent hamburger. They could care less about you,they act like there doing you such a favor."

"Only good I have to say is they have nice packaging. Dont show up on roping night! If you do you will be rushed and ignored and made to feel like you are imposing. We butchered a 1200 lb steer and got back 5 milk crates of meat! A whole steer is way more meat than that. When asked where the rest of the meat was I was told that I got back more than most people do. How is is a whole steer did not even fill 1/2 of my freezer. Usually 1/2 completely fills it. I wont ever use them again. The people we sold the other steer to said they got shorted as well."

"They are one of the cleanest butcher places we have ever been to. Sometimes there is a waiting list but they are good about working you in as soon as they can. They will customize the cutting and wrapping of you meat. Very nice people. I highly recommend them."
