"Lower trail easy accessable with facilities. I personally avoided, due to lots of children and slower walkers. Took middle trail to get to falls, harder walk, but nice view. Upper trail is beautiful, steep uphill climb. Once you top out, view is epic. Be courteous to farmer that lives close and make sure you don't go up his driveway"
"Fairly short drive from anywhere in the Valley. There is a lot of water over the falls early in the year. A little known gem in Idaho. Go early because a lot of hikers on the weekends and the main trail is narrow. Don't mess with the weeds and brush, there is poison ivy (personal experience). Excellent geological and Native American history at Jump Creek and the entire nearby Owyhee Mountains. For a more solitary hike take the trail over the hill to the SW and drop down into the canyon or stay on the canyon rim. There are some very dangerous trails and rock climbs in and around the Canyon walls and Creek. Please respect nature and do not litter! Pack it in and pack it out!"
"Short hike, to a beautiful beach under a waterfall. There are boulders to hike up, and sit on the enjoy the view up high. Water was not too cold for swimming and you have these beautiful canyons and cliffs surrounding you while you float under the falls and look up at the beauty."
"It's a fun place to go for a short outing. I probably won't go back, as there was little to do, see, or experience and I can confidently say I have experienced 90% of the entire area. The highlight was certainly the canyon walk and the waterfall, though this is a short 5 to 10 minute hike with little to do at the waterfall. That said, there are not many waterfall in this area, so the novelty was nice, and I did enjoy my time."
"It is one of my favorite places to go. You have it all: camping, hiking, climbing, caves, swimming, exploring, creeks, and full of beautiful. All ages can go and have fun, from baby to elderly. Experienced to no experience."
