"It's been awhile since I've been here as I had a bad experience several years ago and I can report that. Everything is awesome! Exactly how you'd want it. Not crowded. The reservations go through well and the staff is super nice. If you get a chance to get a reservation here do it"

"Been going for 10+ years. They have done so much work making it a great place. It's one of my favorite get away places so relaxing. Love the private tubs. I just wish it wasn't so amazing cuz so does everyone else haha. Has become very popular. Need to plan your trip in advance!"

"Our first time there and a wonderful experience. Nestled into the tress is the close and scenic drive out of Boise to the Springs. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The grounds on a cool winter evening were beautifully lit and inviting. Our private pool was serene and romantic. Drinks and nibblys were available to order. The tub temperature was fantastic. We can't believe we hadn't been before and we can't wait to go back!"

"Edit-They did refund my money to be fair after I wrote this review and called several times trying to get through to a manager who I never was able to speak to. We brought my MIL, who is visiting from the east coast, to celebrate her birthday. We reserved a private tub weeks ago. We were so excited to share what we thought would be an amazing day with her. We even took PTO off of work for the afternoon to get there at the available time. We drove over an hour to get there and when we arrived we were denied access to our reservation as we had our infant with us. Our infant was obviously not going to use the tub as that's not safe! We were going to take turns soaking and tending to our baby girl. They refused us access to our reserved tub, were extremely rude about it and then had the nerve to charge us for the tub anyways. We wasted not only our time, PTO and gas and they still charged us for a service we didn't even have the opportunity to use! Unbelievable! We will never come back to this establishment and will never refer anyone else here. Thanks for nothing."

"I absolutely love this hot spring. Everyone who works here is friendly and attentive. My only issue is that it's extremely difficult to get reservations once winter hits. We were finally able to score a private hot tub (in October) and it was gorgeous! They make it feel like a luxe experience - your own check-in table and server. We also love the big pool. It has different temperatures at different places in it, attentive staff, and a separate hotter tub. All of this is surrounded by beautiful pine trees - gorgeous and relaxing!"
