"Coby called me for a bid on Angie to perform a maintenance stain on my deck. He had experience with the TWP stain I preferred, and was confident in his painters expertise. His price was very reasonable as well. They were able to come out and power wash it, purchase the stain and complete the job within 2 weeks. He also added a side walk concrete power washing essentially free of charge. There was also a spot where BBQ sauce had been spilled that Ricardo was able to remove using lacquer thinner, which worked great! I couldn’t find this recommendation on google anywhere, which shows their high level of experience. Their overall attention to a job well done as well as my 100 satisfaction was very clear. They were also very easy to communicate with and Coby was very responsive. Which is a testament to their good customer service. I highly recommend this company, and will seek them out for any other services they provide in the future!"

"I was impressed with Craig right away. I had some wood rot on my trim, and Craig took the time to walk the house with me, testing boards and making recommendations. In the end I had most trim boards around my windows replaced and my house painted. Craig's crew was efficient, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be more pleased with the job Craig and his crew did for us."

"Brenton and his team were awesome to work with. Brent made me feel very confident as he thoroughly walked me around the house during the consultation estimate. And he was at the location during much of the work being done. The estimate was reasonable and competitive compared to the others we got. But Brenton’s ability to pay attention to detail and explain things to me made me comfortable and confident with the work he’d oversee. His team powerwashed one day. On another day they repaired places we knew needed repaired, found more and consulted me to fix it at a reasonable price, and caulked all the places on our home that hadn’t been painted in over 20-years. They even discovered an issue with the chimney I’ll need to address with another contractor eventually. But they could have just painted around it and never told me. So i really appreciate that. A third day they painted. And then the next day the deck and wood pillars all got stained. Let me also add that my husband and I thought we’d take care of something on the deck before they stained, but last minute decided to ask Brent and they hustled their buns off and were happy to do they extra job for us. The team worked well and quickly together like a well-oiled machine. And we’re hard workers. They cleaned up everything afterwards. My house and shed look absolutely amazing - I’m getting lots of compliments. I could stand in my driveway and look at it all day. Thank you so much for working with us on this!!"

"The other month we had Residential Solutions KC paint the exterior of our house and we are absolutely in love with not only the color, but the quality as well. The team completed the project within 2 days if I recall correctly which was remarkable given the excellent quality. Brent and team also noted to reach out for any touch-ups that may be needed the first few weeks after the job since it easy to not spot things right away. And as promised after I reached out they were willing and quick to respond. They even offered to repaint around the exterior light fixtures I had replaced post-painting which left the old paint exposed. I will definitely use them again in the future."
