The Flower Basket

"I placed an order for a dozen yellow roses on Sunday for my wives birthday on Wednesday to be delivered. I received a call Wednesday 10 am that they do not have any yellow roses. I’m not sure how your ordering process is but your inventory need should have told you a dozen yellow roses were ordered and paid for. Not inexpensive I might add. If you knew on Tuesday you had no yellow roses you probably should have told me then as the occasion was the following day and I could have tried to find yellow roses else where. Not sure what your policy is but mine would have been more concerned with customer retention than “sorry we can substitute for something else.” The day of delivery. My wife will love them but I’m not sure you will get any more of my business."

"I went with the Flower Basket for a Father's Day gift and I was not disappointed! I live about 8 hours away so my anxiety was off the charts as I wanted to make sure the delivery went smooth. I asked in my delivery notes online to send me a picture on my cellphone and they did it without hesitating! This detail was important to me because me and a few my siblings decided to pitch in for gifts for my dad so sharing what I was having delivered was a nice little touch to communicate with everyone. I firmly believe that pictures and videos add so much depth to a story so I'm happy that they were able to do that. The chocolate basket looked great and they even added a detail of a spanish balloon (my parents don't speak English). Everything could not have gone any better! Will use again for future gifts!!!"

The arrangement was beautiful and my mother was absolutely delighted with her arrangement. They even chose her the best balloon possible for the occasion and it was in Spanish.
