"Purchased the smartop through our Bullfrog dealer for our new swim spa. Could not be happier with this top. Looks fantastic and operates great. The techs from Bullfrog did an awesome job installing. Love the Vanishing Xl as it drops down so low it does not obstruct any views."

"We love the concept of the topper, but it doesn't work well in WI. We paid the extra insulation price for colder climate area. When it snows, it melts on cover and forms ice down the sides. You can't open it. I spend hours breaking ice on top, sides, and off hardware. It takes alot of time and hard labor to maintain to use cover that cost us over 2,000 dollars. The customer service to order was great. I have sent an email to company about this. We will see what they say. I don't recommend purchasing for high snow areas"

"Purchased a Smartop cover for our Trainer-19 swim spa and I believe this is the best cover on the market. Slim, light, strong, excellent thermal seal, good-looking, and easy to operate. On top of the product quality, the company's service is amazing."

"The covers are great but the Customer Service behind it is not. One of our Hot Tub customers purchased our display tub with the smart cover on. We installed the cover per the directions from the manufacturer AND placed many calls with help on making sure it was properly installed. Delivered the tub and cover to the customer which is VERY close to our store and 2 months later the customers were having issues. The cover has destroyed their Shell and Cabinet to their spa from not properly operating like it should have and has created warping on the tub and the smart cover mounts & brackets. We have had to order a new cover and lifter from our tub distributor, which those only come with hot tubs which we all know have a MASSIVE lead time on them. So because we weren’t able to replace and address asap within a month or less, and beacuse they would prefer to telephone rather than email to track communications and documentations, they are now saying that because of the "Lack in Communication" (which is 100% inaccurate) there is not a single thing they can do to help us or our customer. Very disheartening and not a good outlook for our customer on that product and on the company that talked up the product. I would steer towards a different company that can offer better customer service then what they can provide, especially for their dealers that help sell the covers. We will not be bringing them back in and we will not be suggesting them. We are located in Washington State."
