"I had a great 2 night stay, Spokane Club is in a beautiful historic building, Things I enjoyed were the friendly staff, a clean room a comfy bed, swimming laps in the lap sized pool. I had a nice bar in my room, In the bathroom they had l'occitane soap and lotion. Lots of places to walk to nearby. The parking is an extra charge and is one block away. The walk from the garage is flat and quick."
""I have had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional services at Spokane Club, and it truly stands out as a gem in the heart of Washington. Kudos to the entire team for their hard work and commitment to providing members with a truly exceptional environment. Highly recommend!""
"A very historical hotel/building in downtown Spokane. Close to everything in the city, including the excellent views of the river. What this hotel needs: A much faster elevator. A ramp from the lobby door to the street for disabled persons and luggage. Surprisingly, none existed and I had to carry all our luggage into and out of the building up and down slippery steps. Safes in the room and a hotel safe. Neither existed. Closer parking. It was about a block to/from the parking garage, which isn't free. Newer beds. Our bed was pretty old and wasn't particularly comfortable. We appreciated the free coffee. The bar was ok. We didn't utilize the hotel restaurant or gym."
"Hotel Review - Nicely updated rooms, I had a king bed with plenty of pillows. The wi-fi was good, service and staff were great, they cleaned your room daily, which is something I haven't experienced in a while. My only disappointment was I felt the memory foam mattress(king) was on a smaller foundation(queen) as one side collapsed as you got out... and there were no hangers. Location is great for exploring downtown. Probably better for personal travel than business travel. Parking is about a block away in a separate garage."
"I went here to join to be a member to get my son swim lessons. The aquatic director said I could come to see if it would be a right fit for us the first time without paying for a member fee all that. Which was great. Until I got there. There are no signs to tell you where to park for the pool, so I parked by the hotel. Which there is no wheel chair access and I had a stroller - I had to carry my stroller up the stairs. Got there and the instructor was great - seemed a bit weirded out how I found out about them and asked me how I heard about them, when I said I just looked you guys up online! Seemed that they weren’t used to people doing that? I don’t know. As I was leaving the swim lesson I tried to get information on becoming a member - which no one had pamphlets or anything about it. Said you needed to take a tour first - which is only Monday through Friday business hours which wouldn’t work for me. No one tried to help me gather information about being a member, how to go around if I couldn’t take a tour, and no one to help me get out with my stroller an easier way. The front desk girl at the hotel knew nothing about being a member - maybe it’s not her job to know, but really no one helped me. Bad service. Bad place to try and become a member. No wheelchair access. It’s like they didn’t want a new member or maybe it was just me they didn’t want (younger with tattoos) I don’t know, but if you’re a parent looking to get connected just go to the YMCA like I did with your kids. They were so helpful, and did everything they could to help me sign up my son for lessons. This place was a mess!"
