"We had a pool that had tile that was falling off, and chipping/flaking plaster. There was also a large amount of discoloration. I spoke with Phillip the owner and he was great communicating with me throughout the entire process. I was really nervous getting the pool re-plastered and re-tiled but as the process went on I was put at ease by The Pool Service company. The guys doing the demo and tile were awesome-Josh and Robert. They were very nice and answered all my questions daily throughout the job. They even reset some tiles that I did not like the look of without question. The hydrazzo plaster was done in a single day and the pool was filled immediately. They were even able to match my bullnose brick's color perfectly. My quote was accurate, the timing was accurate, and my phone calls and questions were always answered immediately.
