CLR Heating & Cooling

"Had CLR (Clemente Luna) come out to look at an AC issue. They recommended a more powerful blower to provide better air flow to the back rooms. Years after they installed the new blower and plenum we had the water heater replaced. Plumber noticed that two sides of the plenum were not taped or fastened properly. There was a half inch gap between the plenum and the blower on two sides. They also installed a fastener on the inside of the plenum. (Pictured) This is the correct company. Email me and I will provide further information. I still have business cards left by your installer. Received a call from CLR and they stated that there should be no concern about this as “the plenum is a positive pressure location so it’s impossible for dirt/dust to get in through the 1/2 gap on two sides of the plenum and clog the Evaporator coil and not too much of a waste of money, energy, efficiency.”"

Clemente and his technician first tested and monitored the air for carbon monoxide. We did have a small percent. Bad heat exchanger. Next day arrived when they said they would removed and replaced furnace. Also a couple upgrades. The installers were fantastic. Ivan and Manuel very professional, friendly and polite.
