Metro Foundation Repair

"Let me start off by saying I NEVER ever write reviews. Let alone negative ones. This company has been an absolute terror ever since we were forced to start using their services (we bought a house that the previous owners had them install a new sump pump system with a lifetime warranty at the time of us buying it). If we had our way about it we would have never chose them. When they put in our sump pump line they didn’t put it far enough down in the ground so the pipe eventually came up out of the ground. It was always SO hard to get ahold of the owner to set something up. He almost never responds, so the fix took Forever to get done. Eventually they were able to fix the pipe coming out of our ground after several messages of me having to follow up to set something up. Now, I have a pipe that busted from the cold, the owner said he would come out in about a week (it’s now been 3 weeks). He has not responded to any of my messages to get him to come out. Seems like the owner doesn’t care about his customers or the work they do. The lack of communication is baffling to me. I’ve never dealt with such a unprofessional company. I’m SO DONE with this company. Horrible horrible service. If you are looking for a foundation company, just skip this one. Save you time and trouble!"

"**Update: They did eventually contact us and completing the work by providing and installing a new sump pump at no cost. It took multiple visits to complete the repair, but we have had many storms since then with no issues since the installation.** I originally called for warranty work to be completed in June of 2019. After almost a month of having trouble contacting them I was finally able to have someone come to my house to inspect the issue. A date was established of September 9 to complete the work. They were a no call no show on that date and I still have not been able to reach them by phone or email. All attempts to contact seem to ignored. This is indicating that they are attempting to avoid honoring their warranty on the original work."

"Jake Olson and his guys put in a french drain and did some work on our garage floor and foundation. They were out here at the crack if dawn EVERY day and worked so hard! We are extremely pleased with the results:) The price we paid was MUCH lower than other companies, so we did well with going with Metro!"

"After 8 months of waiting, Jake has still only completed 80% of the job and have never contacted us back after dozens of phone calls and messages. They acknowledged the job wasn't completed, they just have no interest in coming back to finish. I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs foundation repair."
