"Dropped a drill off for repair. 3 months with no updates. They charge if you contact them during that time frame. 91 days I was told parts were still on order. Wouldn’t recommend taking anything here."

"Took my nail gun 6 weeks ago for Ryobi service repair and hasn't as much as called me for an update. I'm now calling daily but the "call cannot be completed as dialed" or has a busy tone. I did connect with someone 4 weeks ago and they told me that they finally received the parts required. Update: I stopped by this morning to take my tool and find someone else. He complained about having 500 tools in for warranty service and all the lawnmowers in for service with only 2 staff. Don't bring your warranty service tools here if you need them within the next 12 months."
