"AMAZING COMPANY ALL AROUND! Michael came out to give an estimate on the work that needed to be done, and I was blown away from the start. Michael and the rest of the company treated me with the upmost respect and could see I understood what was going on with my home. What I like about this company is their "sales guys" are not just typical salesmen. They have actually worked in the field, doing the work for years so they know what they are looking at and talking about. That type of ethic speaks volumes for any company. I had a different foundation company complete work about a year ago that did not hold and it was hard to get them to stay true to their work. I spent a lot of time finding a company because once I'm a customer, I am typically lifelong loyal. So when this happend and I had to start the search again for a foundation company, I was very hesitant. Michael spent hours at my home, inspecting everything, explaining the process to me and checking the work that was completed by the other company. We got a game plan in place and a timeline that met my budget. There was never any sales pressure either. I still had to deal with warranty work of the other company and quotes from additional companies. Michael was available any time I had questions. He also walked me through any questions or concerns I had in comparison to what other company's said. Even if I didn't use their company he wanted to make sure I was always well informed. Their entire staff is top notch from the office personnel who handled billing and scheduling, to the crew that came out to do the work. They were kind, hardworking and treated me with the same respect as Michael. Already, the work they did has corrected many mistakes from the previous company and I know I can trust them to stay true to their work. I cannot recommend them enough!"

"Foundation King in Olathe worked on my foundation from Nov 6-9 2023. They over lifted house causing more stuck doors and 2-6feet long cracks along entry way. After they left 2 days later sewers backed up. Another company came out and found collapsed sewer line were Foundation King dug. $6200 to fix pipe, called them and they said they would work with me, but after many text they are no longer in contact with me. Huge nightmare. Find another company"

Work proceeded daily in proficient, well coodinated interacting taskings, with minimal disruption to the household. Crew leadership demonstrated job knowledge and explanation of tasks, and the teams ability to assume each other's role. There was no slacking in any aspect of the project. End of day cleanup ensured clear passage and covered debris. Well satisfied with entire project and happy to make any further recomendations."
